155/365 Greylag Goose

Buying new equipment always comes at a cost especially when you have to upgrade all of the software to go with it.  Purchasing a new 5D mk3 a few months ago came with its problems as Adobe Lightroom 3 didn’t want to read the raw files.  On upgrading to Adobe Lightroom 4, it became apparent that this wasn’t compatible with my computer which is still running Windows XP. Anyway to cut a long story short, I’ve now bought a new Apple iMac and can now edit my new 5d3 files whenever I want!!

So the first one to be uploaded from my new computer is a Greylag Goose! It is always difficult to get a different images of a very common subject.  This one was taken from an extremely low view point as this individual was feeding.

Greylag Goose, Anser anser, Putstazer, Hungary, June, 2012.
